I took my daughter to get her hair cut here as she wanted it styled. She came in with a lot of ideas. Daisy was wonderful at listening to what she wanted but also guiding her on what would and wouldn't work with her hair. She is over the moon with how it came out.

My second time at PREP was a fantastic experience. Daisy, who is very kind and hospitable, helped me wash, cut, and style my hair. Throughout the experience, Daisy gave me tips on conditioning, styling my hair with wax, and gave a consultation on a perfect cut. Every time I asked a question, she always had a solution. Can't wait for my third appointment!

Update: The salon reached out to me pretty quickly and offered a free hair fix with a different stylist and we decided to go in. They paired us up with Kate and she worked her magic on his hair. She fixed the sides, and evened out his sideburns and bangs, and finished with some styling. His hair looks gorgeous! We’ll definitely come back to see her again! New photos of fixed hair added. My son is as good as a toddler can be with haircuts. He barely moves throughout them. He’s never had a haircut this bad since he started getting them regularly. We paid $45 and tipped 50% for this monstrosity. I’m embarrassed for him, especially to have this during the holidays. His hairstylist was Amanda, so please, take this as a warning. Do not see her for your children’s haircut!

Daisy dod an amazing job on our 3 year old daughter’s first haircut! It included a wash and finished with a cute braid and ponytail, just what our kid requested 🥹 The whole experience was wonderful - with cartoons for kids, coffee for parents, and popcorn for everyone. We will be back! Thanks Daisy!

UPDATED 9/4/25: took my 9 year old back to PREP, bc she loves Lyn, and she had a great experience and a darling cut. Updating my review from a 1 star to a 4. Feels like my oldest had a bad experience and that was an outlier. FEB 2025: My poor teenager just had the worst cut at PREP, after years of good cuts from there. She saw Daisy, and asked for a "trim with long layers." Her gorgeous, long, wavy hair was instead cut into a lob, with a thick layer that makes it look like a set of stairs on one side. After several texts and an email to the salon, we still have not had anyone get back to us. I'm including photos of her hair before (2 months ago - it was even longer when she went in) and her hair after. I'm truly baffled how they could have gotten this so wrong, and frustrated that no one has bothered to respond to my communications.
